Instructions:

You can take the supplement with any meal. We recommend drinking a full glass of water with the supplement(s) to support the absorption and detoxifying effects of the ingredients. If your stomach is sensitive, you may want to eat a little bit before taking the supplement.
In case you do not like to swallow the capsules with water, you can also open the capsule and mix the content in your yogurt or smoothie, or juice.
To fully enjoy the advantages of the supplement, do not take the supplement together with caffeine (coffee, coke). If possible, make sure there is a 30-minute time gap between your supplement and your coffee.
