We offer a 30 days return policy from the day you receive your order. The items must be returned unused, and in original condition and packing. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.

As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. Please be aware that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items.

The return shipping must be paid by you, and is not covered by Babyluv. The return is at your own risk, and therefore we recommend that you keep a postage receipt with tracking number, to prove that the package was sent, if it gets lost in mail.
