Meet SleepCarrier Vol. 5. With stable sides and a new secure locking system, it creates a sturdy, safe space for your baby to rest at home or on the go. The firm mattress provides comfortable support, while the adjustable design grows with your baby. It fits in all prams, designed so you can easily move your little one without disturbing their sleep. Open it fully into a spacious 111 × 66 cm play mat for tummy time and play. Smart, secure, and made for everyday life.
SleepCarrier vol. 5 has been tested according to relevant safety standards and is designed to provide a stable and secure sleeping surface. This means you can feel confident that it gives you and your baby the calm you deserve – day and night.
The firm sides with stabilizing plates integrated into both sides and one in the bottom make the sides firm. They are mandatory for the product to be approved for unsupervised sleep, according to the European safety standard EN 1466:2023, taking effect in the summer of 2024.
The Najell SleepCarrier is a blend of mindful materials made for both your baby and with the environment in mind. 99% of the Najell SleepCarrier is made of recycled or bio-based materials. This makes the SleepCarrier the natural option for parents seeking a timeless and mindful baby nest.
Najell SleepCarrier’s has adjustable drawstrings that are designed to remain secure. The firm mattress is designed to be comfortable for your baby to sleep and remove the risk of your baby burying their face or sinking too deeply into the mattress. In the interest of safety, the sides have been engineered to be both firm and flexible. The SleepCarrier features a breathable air mesh material that surrounds all sides, including the head and feet. This material allows the baby to breathe through it, ensuring the utmost safety when your baby’s face comes into any contact with the product.
Use as a babynest, carrycot and play mat
The SleepCarrier functions as a babynest, carrycot and playmat. The SleepCarrier is, first, a smart babynest. A familiar sleeping environment that you can carry with you. The safe handles on the sides make the SleepCarrier a carrycot. If you wish to use the SleepCarrier as a playmat you simply loosen the drawstrings and fold it out so it becomes flat. Perfect for practising tummy time.

The SleepCarrier can be used from day 1 (newborn) up to 9 kg. Buy the SleepCarrier before your baby is born and keep it in your bed for a week. This way, the SleepCarrier gets your scent and helps calm your baby from the very beginning.
You can use the SleepCarrier throughout the baby’s first year, starting from day 1. However, when the baby is able to roll or sit up on its own, you should not use the SleepCarrier to carry the baby.

Care
The SleepCarrier is machine washable at 40° C. Wash it separately and in a laundry bag. Remember to remove the stabilizing boards in the bottom and in both long sides, before washing. Use a mild detergent without bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Safety
Before carrying or lifting make sure both handles are fastened with the handle strap. The cords must be tightened, to the maximum, to avoid any risk of the baby rolling out of the SleepCarrier.
This product is suitable only for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and cannot push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg. Never use this product on a stand.
